Concrete Encapsulated Foam is the idea of using concrete instead of plastic to house the foam flotation core of a float. This increases the overall weight of the final dock and or breakwater, which in turn offers extreme stability in rough water conditions and increases reliability, durability, flexibility, and longevity.
